Makes
4 servings
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 medium lemon (juiced)
1 garlic clove, minced
4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat air fryer to 400°. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan melt butter over medium-high heat. Add maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice and minced garlic. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens slightly, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; set aside. Drizzle olive oil over salmon and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place fish in a single layer in air fryer basket. Cook until fish is lightly browned and just beginning to flake easily with a fork, 5-7 minutes. Drizzle with sauce right before serving.
