When you do not want to waste last night’s leftover soup, you use it as a broth for today’s lunch. Also, when mommy does not cook as often as you like, make it a point to save even the last drop of everything.
Ingredients
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Onions
- Pork
- Noodles (choice of your favourite kind)
- Water
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
Pour all cut ingredients (except noodles) into pot of water and boil for 2 hours. (Or more. Longer=better)
Drop the noodles in and cook till desired texture. (Comfort level of Al-dente)
