90 second keto bread

This is a recipe I saw and thought I’d share. It makes 1 servingPerfect for makinga sandwich


  1. 3 Tablespoon almond flour
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 Tablespoon melted butter
  6. Optional 2 Tbsp of shredded cheese and 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  7. Optional 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp swerve sweetener


  1. Mix everything in a glass / ceramic Microwave safe bowl or mug. The bowl should measure around 4 inches wide on the bottom preferred round

  2. Wisk it all together

  3. Place in the microwave for 90 seconds and cover with a paper towel

  4. Cool and slice in half

  5. Either eat it the way it is or fry it up with some butter
