My brother made me this healthy tumeric 9 vegetable stirfry when I was ill and weak. Since then I have made it every week to keep up my strength and health.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh beans
- 1 cup tiny tomatoes
- 1 cup cellery
- 1 cup zuchini
- 2 cups kale
- 1 leek
- 1 cup red capsicum
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 bamboo shoots
- 1 cup dates
- 3 cups rice
- 1 Tbs tumeric
- Sesame seed oil
- to taste Salt
Steps
Chop up all vegetables thinly.
Cook rice in tumeric water untill soft.
Stir fry vegetables in oil untill just tender
Add all green vegetables and kale. Stirfry for 2 mins.
I pretty the rice on a tray with the dates.
Add the stirfryed vegetables and mix thru. Serve hot. With chutneys of your desire
