1 . rotisserie chicken (store) or 2 chicken breasts
2 . 10oz bags cut broccoli
3 . 1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
4 . 1 cup milk
5 . salt and pepper
6 . kraft shaker parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Put milk and cream cheese in a pot and melt it down. Add fair amount of salt and pepper. This is the main flavor agent so don’t skimp here.
2. Rip the breasts off of a store bought rotisserie chicken or boil 2 breasts. Shred and put in 9×13 baking dish.
3. Add defrosted broccoli to dish.
4. Pour sauce all over and mix well. Spread out evenly.
5. Shake Parmesan all over top. A ton. Like completely cover the top with it. Maybe a third of the container. And don’t use Parmesan/Romano. It won’t taste the same.
6. Bake for 15 minutes on 400 degree. Then broil until top is golden brown.
