  • 12cherry tomatoes or 12 grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1teaspoonavocado oil
  • 1teaspoonlemon juice
  • 1 -2teaspoon minced garlic
  • all purpose seasoning (I used Mrs.Dash original)
  • 1teaspoonlemon zest
  • parmesan cheese

    DIRECTIONS

  • Add oil to saute pan over medium low heat.
  • Add in zucchini and saute until semi soft.
  • Add minced garlic, tomatoes, seasoning and lemon juice and cook until tomatoes are softened and chicken is heated through.
  • Serve topped with lemon zest and grated Parmesan cheese.
