  • 1tablespoontomato ketchup
  • 4 fresh red chilies
  • 1smallonion
  • 4lettuce leaves
  • 1 beef burger pate
  • 1duck egg

    DIRECTIONS

  • Slice the burger bun in half and lightly toast the exposed bread.
  • Spread the ketchup on the bottom half of the toadted bun,.
  • Chop the fresh chillies and sprinkle over the ketchup.
  • Chop the onion and spread over the chillies.
  • Place the lettuce leaves over the chopped onion.
  • Pan fry the beef pate in a little olive oil until cooked through.
  • Place the beef pate on the lettuce leaves.
  • Fry the duck egg until the white is solid then place on top of the beef pate.
  • Add the top of the burger bun.
