The Reddit user, “ne0nsh1zzy” recently went through an astounding weight loss transformation by changing her eating and fitness plans. The dieter revealed she lost 5st 7lb, going from 15st 10lb to a much healthier 10st 3lb. She explained combining the keto diet plan and exercise helped her lose the weight.

Sharing her transformation pictures, “ne0nsh1zzy” revealed she combined exercise with calorie counting and the keto diet plan.
She said: “Only 18 lbs left to my ultimate goal! Keto and CrossFit and Calorie Counting!”
The dieter also explained she is 32-years-old and the journey took three and a half years.
The keto diet is a high fat and low carb plan which also has a moderate protein content.
Many people who follow the plan will cut down to eating less than 25 grams of net carbs a day in a bid to enter into ketosis.
Once the body enters ketosis, fans of the diet believe it boosts the metabolism and helps the body burn fat more quickly.
While on the plan, the slimmer is likely to have tucked into low-carb foods such as meats, fish, vegetables, nuts, eggs and low sugar fruits.
By following this diet, “ne0nsh1zzy” lost a considerable amount of weight and also managed to toned up some of her least favourite body parts.
She said: “I hated my arms forever! It was probably the last thing that toned and I was getting so frustrated for so long!”
Other Reddit users complimented the dieter on her huge transformation in comments under the post.

One Reddit user believed she had lost even more weight than she suggested and that she had gained muscle instead.

Sharing pictures online, one woman revealed she used intermittent fasting and exercise to shape up.
The dieter said she would eat all of her calories in one meal and fast for the rest of the day.
