Princess Beatrice, 33, and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 38, welcomed their first child together on September 18, 2021. They named their daughter Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi, after the original place they had in mind for their 2020 wedding in Italy and Beatrice’s grandmother, the Queen. Sienna’s parents married in a limited wedding ceremony on July 17, 2020 due to coronavirus restrictions at the time.

The family live together in St James’ Palace in the heart of London.

Princess Beatrice has made a few official public appearances since Sienna’s birth and has looked to be healthy.

Michael Brigo, a Personal Trainer from brigopt.com spoke to Express.co.uk about Beatrice’s diet and exercise plans for gaining such an impressive figure after having Sienna.

He said: “Princess Beatrice gave birth in autumn and she’s already looking in great shape.

“Diet is a major factor in any weight loss plan, evermore so when pregnant.

“It’s certain she embarked on post-natal exercise to strengthen her body.

“Then, followed by progressively more intense resistance-based exercise for body tone, strength and shape.

“The Princess likely used cardio exercise for that extra calorie-burning boost!”

According to the Daily Mail, Princess Beatrice opted for a nut roast for her Christmas dinner instead of a traditional turkey.

A royal fan reportedly spotted the 33-year-old eating plant-based sushi at the 123V restaurant on Bond Street with newborn baby Sienna.

Beatrice reportedly told staff she wanted to try the vegan sushi on offer because she wants to move to a plant-based diet, according to a restaurant source.

According to the Princess, the hardest thing to give up when becoming a vegan is sushi.

So Beatrice certainly would have been pleased that the vegan offering was said to be almost as good as real sushi.

Princess Beatrice has been seen a few times since the birth of her daughter showing off her healthy frame.

She flew to Greece in October 2021 for the wedding of Princess Diana’s godson, Prince Philippos of Greece.

Beatrice stunned in a Gucci dress for the occasion.

The gorgeous frock was cream and black, with a stunning bow tying the ensemble together.

Then on December 8, 2021 she attended the Duchess of Cambridge’s Together At Christmas carol concert with her husband, Edoardo.

Wrapped up warm in a camel coat by The Fold, Beatrice looked elegant as she walked with Edoardo who looked dapper in a navy suit.

Princess Beatrice accessorised with a burgundy Jennifer Behr headband.

Beatrice was also seen attending Winter Wonderland with Sienna and Edoardo, as well as walking around central London near where she lives as a new mother.
