Lorraine Kelly is the presenter of daytime TV show, Lorraine, and has recently celebrated 35 years on the screen. During her long career, she has fronted shows including GMTV, ITV Breakfast and Daybreak. In recent years, some fans have noticed her staggering weight loss and Lorraine has revealed she dropped two dress sizes. By changing her diet plan and exercise routine, she managed to shape up.

What did she do?
After noticing herself gaining weight, the journalist decided to shape up her lifestyle.
During her transformation, Lorraine changed her diet and exercise routine and slimmed from a size 14 to size 10.
Speaking on This Morning, she said regular aerobic exercise helped kick start her weight loss and she has since released a DVD sharing her routines.
“I really look forward to my classes, and with the new DVD we wanted to show what a class was like,” she said.
“It’s great going to keep fit but mentally it also makes me feel better.”
Speaking of her diet, the journalist opened up about struggling with portion sizes and she has tried to cut back on snacking.
Lorraine added: “I don’t think diets work. It’s all about portion control.
“My husband cooks for me and sometimes I ask, ‘How many people are coming round?’.
“Portion control and not snacking so much are important, as well as being sensible.”
The TV star has kept up her active lifestyle and will regularly post about her fitness routine online.

Good Morning Britain host, Susanna Reid, has opened up about her fitness and explained cutting out alcohol helped her drop 1st 7lb.
Originally changing her diet because of skin issues, she also tried to change bad habits and cut back on snacking.
Celebrity chef, Paul Hollywood, also ditched alcohol which helped him drop one stone.
