Coronation street actor Colson Smith has stunned fans with his weight loss transformation after posting photos on his social media to reveal his new look. He has previously lost weight after announcing he was bullied at work but has recently revealed a further staggering weight loss.

The 21 year old took to Instagram and posted a photo where he unveiled his staggering weight loss.
In the photo, Colson posed in sports gear after going for a run, a new habit he took up which helped him to lose weight.
According to Healthline, running is an excellent form of exercise for weight loss.
It burns lots of calories, may help you continue to burn calories for a long time after a workout and may suppress appetite and target belly fat.
He captioned the photo: “Bank Holiday run done. Feet up & some family time while staying at home now! Have a good un folks.”
Thousands of followers rushed to the comments to congratulate him on his incredible weight loss.

The Corrie star also asked his followers for some lockdown workout inspiration, writing on one Instagram photo: “Everyday = A Joggers day. Isolation inspiration – Talk to me Gram!”
Colson had previously revealed that he lost one and a half stone in December after he got food poisoning while on holiday in Thailand.
The actor said that he was only able to eat a banana and three slices of toast for a whole week before recovering.
This of course, put his diet into a calorie deficit state, a diet you need to be in to lose any weight.

Losing weight requires you to burn more calories than you consume, and running can aid weight loss.
However, it should be done in a much healthier way to shed the pounds.
The NHS recommends losing around one to two pounds a week which means putting your diet into a calorie deficit of around 500-1000 calories per day.
Exercising, combined with a healthy lifestyle can aid in the weight loss process.
He revealed it was prawns which gave him the food poisoning, causing him to have a complete change of lifestyle.
Colson’s body transformation is tied in with his storyline on Coronation Street, as Craig battles with his weight on the show.
On-screen, his police officer character Craig has taken up running after finding that he was out of breath while chasing shoplifters.
Adele shocked fans earlier this week when she uploaded an Instagram after losing seven stone in weight.
It was revealed that Adele has followed the Sirt diet to lose weight, which encourages drinking red wine and eating dark chocolate.
The diet is based around polyphenols, compounds found in plant foods which can mimic the effects of fasting and exercise.
The plan replies on dieters restricting their calorie intake as well as eating a specific list of foods that are said to boost the metabolism.
Dieters can eat foods including kale, apples, strawberries, walnuts and blueberries.
