Jason Momoa Responded to the Genius Girl Scout Who Rebranded Samoas As ‘Momoas’

Remember Charlotte Holmberg, that genius Girl Scout who decided to rebrand Samoas (the caramel and toasted coconut cookies) as “Momoas,” as a nod to Jason Momoa?

Here’s a refresher: The Colorado fifth-grader and her mom teamed up to revamp the cookies’ classic purple box with a photo of a shirtless Momoa. The marketing strategy quickly went viral, and Holmberg’s cookies became a social media sensation.

“The moms are getting really excited and they’re saying that they need them,” Charlotte told Denver news station KUSA. “And the boys will also wanna buy some because he’s like, he might be like their favorite character.”

He ain’t about that Samoa (Momoa) life, though. The actor only has eyes for one cookie: shortbread, or Trefoils.

He even has a hack for making them taste even better: “You gotta put those in the freezer. That’s the best way.”
