Warmer weather is (finally) on its way, and Aldi is certainly getting in the summer spirit with a slew of new backyard barbecue and pool party-friendly items. There are also loads of new products from the retailer’s gluten free line of tasty, foods called “LiveGfree”—like hamburger buns and frozen desserts—so everyone can join in on the fun this season.
Alas, These picks are so fresh we haven’t even been able to get ahold of the nutritional info yet—but as soon as we have it, we’ll update, so you can see how everything stacks up. Here’s what we’re looking forward to finding at Aldi this month:

We’re huge fans of spiralized veggies. And starting May 8, you’ll be able to whip up your favorite zucchini noodle recipes even faster, thanks to these frozen, pre-spiralized veggies! Even better, they’ll only set you back $2.89 per bag. They also come in a carrot variety for stunning pasta dishes, salads, and more!
Whole & Simple Shrimp & Grains Single-Serve Meals
Sometimes busy weeks call for frozen meals, and we are not above them—especially when they are healthy. We are thrilled about two new single-serve meals from Aldi’s Whole & Simple line—Shrimp & Grains With Asparagus and Shrimp Tabouli With Quinoa—coming May 1. How delicious! Packed with protein and whole grains, these meals are modestly priced at $3.99 each.
L’oven Fresh Bagel Skinnys
We don’t know much about this new product from the L’oven line quite yet, but if they are anything like the other L’oven items on store shelves, they are bound to be delicious. A lighter take on the line’s often decadent baked goods, packs of these reduced-carb bagels will be available for $3.29 starting May 29.
Fremont Fish Market Marinated Butterfly Shrimp
Aldi is bringing three delicious flavors of ready-to-cook shrimp to the freezer section on May 1, and we are already dreaming of glorious kebabs on the grill. Choose from adobo, garlic & herb, or tandoori-marinated shrimp at $5.99 per 12-ounce bag.
LiveGfree Gluten-Free Bites
This new product takes a bite out of your favorite influencer’s playbook (literally) with these adorable, Instagram-worthy energy bites. Made with heart-healthy fats, nuts, and fruit, these pre-portioned treats make for a perfect post-workout snack or dessert for curbing those sugar cravings.
