All-Clad Just Released a Gorgeous 7-Piece Ceramic Cookware Collection

These days, there are tons of cookware brands on the market, from buzzy DTC options to the trusty old standbys like Le Creuset, but there's always one company our kitchens can't seem to ever have enough of: All-Clad. The Pennsylvania-based fine cookware manufacturer has long been both chefs' and seasoned home cooks' go-to for beautiful stainless steel or hard-anodized pots and pans, built to withstand not only the highest of heat, but also the test of time. And if you, too, thought you might be done buying cookware, think again: All-Clad just released a swanky new line, dubbed All-Clad Fusiontec, which is exclusively available at Williams Sonoma.

Unlike All-Clad's previous cookware lines, which often are built in sleek stainless steel or a nonstick surface, the Fusiontec collection boasts a tough steel core, complete with a ceramic finish both inside and outside that not only prevents chips and unsightly scrapes, but also makes it easier to clean (a win for all!). Plus, each piece is completed with dripless pouring rims, which thankfully means no more runaway sauces sticking to the stove.

Stay up to date on what healthy means now.

The collection can be purchased as a full bundle for $1,000, and in going for every piece, you'll actually save $100. But if your kitchen doesn't have room for a new fleet of shiny cookware, no matter: You can purchase each piece individually as well. The Fusiontec collection includes one nine-inch skillet ($180), 4.5-quart universal pan with a lid ($300), seven-quart stockpot with lid ($300), and four-quart soup pot with lid ($250).

The seven-piece collection comes in three colors—onyx black, graphite, and rose quartz—and each pot and pan is finished off with a shiny glaze that could easily make them the centerpiece of any dining room table. It's also worth noting that the entire collection is dishwasher safe and can be slipped into the oven up to 500 degrees.

Nab one or more (or all) of these Fusiontec pieces as soon as you can, because if there's anything that's certain about All-Clad it's that there's a high likelihood that this new collection will sell out.
