“This recipe requires some very specialized ingredients.It was created to be a dry rub or dry brine for Buffalo-Style chicken wings.This rub in not meant to replace your favorite sauces but merely to enhance the flavors.Apply it at least one-hour prior to grilling or frying.(Preferably overnight for use as a brine).It can also be added to flour for a breading. (2T powder per cup of flour).”

2 tablespoonsworcestershire powder
1 tablespoonchili pepper flakes

5 tablespoonsbutter powder
1 teaspoonground celery seed
5 tablespoonsvinegar, powder
2 tablespoonsgranulated garlic
2 tablespoons bleu cheese sauce mix
1⁄4 teaspoonlemon, powder
1 teaspoonjalapeno powder
2 tablespoonsred bell pepper flakes
Directions
Grind larger ingredients into a powder.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Store in an airtight container, keep cool and dry.
* Bleu Cheese listed is Bleu Cheese Powder not sauce mix.The website keeps changing it to sauce and I cannot correct it.
