    DIRECTIONS

  • Coat potatoes w/ olive oil and salt.
  • Bake potatoes at 425" for 1 hour.
  • Cool potatoes for 10 minutes.
  • Cut a slice on top of potatoes. Scoop out the potato pulp and mash.
  • Combine sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, ham or bacon and add to mashed potatoes.
  • Add mixture to the potato skins and top w/ cheese.
  • Bake and serve.
