IngredientsNutrition8 earsfresh corn (husked)8 tablespoonssweet unsalted butter (room temp)2 garlic cloves (chopped)1 teaspoonfresh thyme (chopped)1 teaspoonfresh parsley (chopped)kosher salt (to taste)ground black pepper1⁄2 cupparmesan cheese (freshly grated)
DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees.Place the corn in its husks directly upon the oven rack in the middle position. Roast until tender (Approx. 40-45 minutes).In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, thyme, and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.Remove the husks and hairs. Baste the corn with the garlic & herbs butter mixture coating each cob of corn completely. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each one.Serve.
