  • 8 earsfresh corn (husked)
  • 8 tablespoonssweet unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoonfresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoonfresh parsley (chopped)
  • kosher salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper
  • 12 cupparmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the corn in its husks directly upon the oven rack in the middle position. Roast until tender (Approx. 40-45 minutes).
  • In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, thyme, and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove the husks and hairs. Baste the corn with the garlic & herbs butter mixture coating each cob of corn completely. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each one.
  • Serve.
