This simple salad dressing is bright with a bit of zip thanks to sherry vinegar. No sherry vinegar? Red wine vinegar would make an easy alternative.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make It
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl until emulsified and combined. Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 7 days.
