Nando’s shut up shop back in March after the Government announced the Uk was going into lockdown. Restaurants closed its doors for eat in, collect and delivery orders in a devastating blows to fans as the firm sought to protect its customers and workers.
Nando’s said at the time: “Due to recent Government advice regarding COVID-19, we have temporarily closed all our restaurants for eat in, collect and delivery services.
“The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our highest priority, and we continue to monitor the situation carefully and respond to all government advice.
“We look forward to firing up the grills again and serving you some PERi-PERi as soon as possible.”
But chicken fans rejoice, as the firm is looking at a small reopening of some branches.

Which Nando’s are reopening?
Nando’s has already reopened seven of its restaurants for delivery via Deliveroo on April 28.
The seven stores include the Fallowfield and Printworks branches in Manchester, alongside five others in London.
These include Clink St, Camberwell, Canary Jubilee and Gloucester Road.
The reopening is part of a trial as Nando’s works to reopen all stores.
Nando’s posted on Twitter: “This trial will be treated like a controlled experiment as part of our plan to reopen more restaurants as soon as it is safe to do so.”
The peri peri chicken experts are offering a slightly reduced menu to ensure restaurants can stick to social distancing rule.
