Marks and Spencer, M&S, has a selection of food boxes that can be ordered online. It has now introduced its cheapest box which can be picked up for just £20. This is the full list of contents.

Some supermarkets have offered food boxes for delivery during the coronavirus pandemic.
While M&S Foodhall branches have stayed open during the pandemic, shoppers have also been able to order more groceries online.
The Marks and Spencer food boxes can be bought online and delivered straight to the home.
The retailer has gradually made improvements to the service and introduced new boxes.
These cost up to £40 and have been designed for different dietary requirements.
M&S has now introduced the Summer Vegetable Food Box, which is one sale for just £20.
This includes a selection of in season vegetables for customers to use at home.
The website explained: “Filled with seasonal vegetables, like runner beans and courgettes, plus family favourites, including jacket potatoes and baby carrots, our Summer Vegetable Box is perfect for rustling up fresh and delicious dishes.”

While the contents may be replaced with similar items, the retailer listed what should be in every box.
At just £20, the summer vegetable box is the cheapest currently being offered online by the retailer.
It can be ordered on the M&S website with nominated day delivery for £4.99.
Other food boxes include the Made Without Wheat Food Box and the Traditional Meals Food Box.
The Essentials Food Box and Vegetarian Essentials Food Box have also been launched, with the contents recently updated.
Takeaway food boxes were introduced in stores for those visiting an M&S Foodhall.
These can be picked up in stores in three different cuisines, Indian, Thai and Chinese.
