    DIRECTIONS

  • Shell and devein 3 pounds small or medium shrimp.
  • Make a marinade of olive oil, sherry, garlic cloves, fines herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Marinate the shrimp for at least 4 hours, turning them occasionally.
  • Divide the shrimp and marinade into 6 individual earthenware dishes or spread them on a shallow broiling pan.
  • Broil the shrimp until they are lightly browned on both sides.
  • Serve with sourdough bread to mop up the sauce.
