HOMEMADE DIJONNAISE

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 cupmayonnaise
  • 2tablespoonsDijon mustard (to taste)
  • 12 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 18 teaspoonsea salt, ground
  • 18 teaspoonwhite pepper
  • DIRECTIONS

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; stir until well blended. Add a tiny pinch sea salt and pepper; stir again. Taste and adjust if needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate until needed. Makes ½ cup.
