Prep time:45 min. Total time:1 hour, 5 min.
Yield: Serves 4 (serving: 2 slices)

French onion soup is hard to top, but this super cheesy, handheld version might just do it. Our French Onion Pizza is simple enough for a weeknight, but it super indulgent and will make your meal feel like a special occasion. To make things extra fancy, serve with a green salad and red wine.
