It’s true during normal times but especially bears loud and constant repeating during a pandemic: nurses are not only essential, but heroic. The glue that holds hospitals together across the country, nurses do amazing work under pressure to care for patients, making them literal lifesavers at a time like this.
Given the many sacrifices made and countless stressful hours worked by nurses over the past few months leading up to National Nurse’s Week, it’s only right that they get some free coffee and doughnuts to go along with their well-deserved recognition and thanks.
To kick off Nurses Week, we’re offering a FREE Medium Hot or Iced Coffee and a Donut to all nurses & healthcare professionals at participating Dunkin’ locations, on Wednesday, May 6 🤗 ✨All you need to do is: ✨ 1️⃣When ordering, say you’re a nurse or healthcare worker there for our Nurses Day Offer. ❤️ 2️⃣Order your favorite medium hot or iced coffee & donut. ☕️🍩 3️⃣Go on and crush your day! 💪 . While supplies last. No ID required. Limit 1 coffee & donut per guest. Excludes Cold Brew & Nitro Cold Brew. Not valid on mobile orders.

To that end, Dunkin’ is giving out a free medium hot or iced coffee and one of their many doughnuts to all nurses and healthcare professionals on Wednesday, May 6, while supplies last. Unlike other offers, you don’t even need to present a medical D (or even be wearing scrubs) to claim your free caffeine and circular carbohydrate-laden treat, just let them know you’re a nurse or healthcare professional and place your order. There’s no purchase necessary to claim this offer, so you don’t even really need to have your wallet on you to take advantage of this.
While there are already places helping you help nurses, doctors, and other medical staff get free food during the pandemic, this offer makes it even easier. Starbucks has been giving out free tall coffees to frontline healthcare workers for a while, and Krispy Kreme continues to give out free glazed doughnuts every Monday through at least May 11.
But when it comes to this Wednesday, Dunkin’ is probably the way to go. Hey, it’s not quite unlimited access to PPE and a much-needed (and deserved) pay raise, but it still counts for something.
