  • 2 tablespoonskosher salt
  • 2 tablespoonsworcestershire powder
  • 3 tablespoonscoarse black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of minced garlic (dehydrated)
  • 2 tablespoonsonion powder
  • 1 tablespooncrushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoonHungarian paprika
  • 1 tablespoondried mustard
  • 1 tablespooncelery seed
  • 1 tablespoongranulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoonground coriander
  • 12 tablespoonmace
  • 12 tablespoondried basil
  • 12 tablespoondried oregano
  • 12 tablespoondried thyme
  • Directions

  • mix all spiced together in a large mixing bowl.
  • transfer to a spice grinder or coffee grinder that’s been cleaned well.Grind until a fine powder has been achieved.This step ensures even coverage of spices.You can skip it if you prefer a more hearty grind on your steaks.
