4eggs, slightly beaten
4tablespoonsonion soup mix
1 1⁄4 cupsnutritional yeast
1 1⁄4 cupsparmesan cheese, shredded
1cupcheddar cheese, shredded
1 1⁄2 cupswalnuts, ground in food processor
1cupoats, ground in food processor(or quick oats)
1tablespoonpizza seasoning or 1 tablespoonitalian seasoning
1teaspoon vegan beef flavored broth, right now I have Orrington Farms broth base and seasoning vegan beef flavored

Mix chia and water and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. .
Mix next 9 ingredients in a large bowl.
Add chia/water and mix well. (I use my hands to do this).
Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
Form into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake in 400 degree oven for twenty minutes, turn halfway through.
Now cool and freeze all that you want to eat at a later time.
When ready to eat either after making or from freezer. Place however many you want to eat in a casserole dish and cover with water and “beef” flavor. (Amount varies depending on how many you make. I usually make 6 at a time for my family and use about a half cup of water and 1 tsp broth) They should be mostly covered but not all the way.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for about an hour (or 1.5 hours if still frozen) flip halfway through.
