    DIRECTIONS

  • Chocolate chips are optional.
  • instead of oil you can use unsalted butter.
  • add dry ingredients to mug, mix well.
  • add egg, mix well.
  • pour in the milk and vegetable oil, mix well.
  • add vanilla extract and chips, if using, mix well.
  • put mug in microwave and cook at 1000 watts for 3 minutes.
  • cake will rise over top of mug but should be ok.
  • let cool and enjoy.
