  • 12 cupconfectioners’ sugar

    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Line a 10 x 15” cookie sheet with waxed paper and Spray with cooking spray.
  • Combine eggs through Ginger and pour onto cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes.
  • When done, roll out on tea towel sprinkled with 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, and roll up like a jelly roll. Let set for one hour.
  • for filling, mix butter through confectioner sugar. Unroll cake carefully and spread with filling. Roll up again and refrigerate for one hour.
