  • 13 cup melted butter
  • 1 14 cupsgraham cracker crumbs

  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • 4largeeggs
  • 2teaspoonsvanilla extract

    DIRECTIONS

  • Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F.
  • Combine butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar (or butter cookies and butter) in medium bowl.
  • Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Place pan in oven to bake crust for 10 minute.
  • Beat cream cheese mixture in large bowl with electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 65 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature, remove from pan and chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired.
  • You can substitute for crust:
  • 2 cups Danish Butter Cookies and 1/3 cup melted butter.
