    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • In a 9-inch pie pan, grease well or line the bottom with parchment paper.
  • Mix all of the dry ingredients in bowl.
  • Lightly beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  • Add ghee and vanilla to the egg.
  • Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until there is no more powder and the dough is uniformly moist. It should be somewhat dry and crumbly.
  • Press the dough into the bottom of the pan until it is uniformly spread across the pan.
  • Poke holes in the bottom of the dough with a fork to prevent bubbles.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
