DIRECTIONS
Stir together the instant coffee, sugar and warm water in a bowl. With an electric mixer, beat the ingredients until extremely foamy; something like the texture of cool whip.
Add ice to a glass and pour over the milk; about 2/3 of the way to the top of the glass.
