  • 2tablespoonsinstant coffee
  • 2tablespoonssugar
  • 2tablespoonswarm water
  • 1cupmilk (almond, oat, any type to fill about 2/3)
  • 12 – 1cup crushed ice (use amount desired)

    DIRECTIONS

  • Stir together the instant coffee, sugar and warm water in a bowl.  With an electric mixer, beat the ingredients until extremely foamy; something like the texture of cool whip.
  • Add ice to a glass and pour over the milk; about 2/3 of the way to the top of the glass.
  • Top the glass off with the whipped coffee.
