    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line two baking sheets with silpat or parchment paper.
  • Measure and pour all dry ingredients (up to salt) in a bowl and mix.
  • Measure all wet/liquid ingredients into a separate bowl and mix.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until well coated.
  • Pour the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread granola into an even layer.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until granola is golden brown, stirring once halfway through.
  • Let granola cool completely. Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 month.
